Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it. However, requests to return an item must be received within 5 days of the delivery date.

An item is considered eligible for return if one or more of the following criteria has been met:

1. The item was received due to an error on the part of Precious Feelings

2. The item was irreparably damaged in transit

3. The item was irreparably broken prior to being worn as it arrived in the package

4. The item has a manufacturing defect such as a non-functioning clasp, abnormal discoloration, or a jump ring not being closed properly.

The request for return must be made within 5 business days of receipt to be eligible for a full refund, credit, or replacement. To initiate a return, the customer must contact Precious Feelings at talktome@preciousfeelings.com and MUST include pictures of the item. The customer must send us at least one picture of the entire item, and at least one picture of the detail that is the issue for the return.

 

Refunds, Exchanges, Store Credit

Once you send your refund/exchange request and pictures to Precious Feelings, we will communicate with you on how we will proceed and if you are eligible to the return for a refund, exchange, or credit.  If the returned item is no longer available for purchase, a refund or store credit will be issued in the amount of the original purchase price for that item. Refunds will be processed on the original form of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Items NOT eligible for return or exchange include:

1. Items ordered in error by the customer

2. Items that are not broken or defective

3. Items broken due to misuse by the customer

4. Items tarnished by water, hairspray, perfumes, etc.

5. Items that have been worn.

6. Free items, such as the ones sent for Loyalty Program

7. Gift Cards

8. Items that were received more than 30 days from the received date as posted by the mail carrier.

10. Customized items


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at talktome@preciousfeelings.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled if a request to do so is submitted and acknowledged by us BEFORE the item is fulfilled. We try to process orders quickly, so your best chance of cancelling your order is by contacting us within one hour of placing the order. You can reach us via talktome@preciousfeelings.com. Orders marked as "Fulfilled" cannot be cancelled.
